“Study-Work-Migrate” Pathway Visas
  • Study Spain – Facilitating enrollment application to secure a valid Letter of Acceptance for an eligible Academic Program from University / College

  • Student Visa (Type D)

    • Valid for 90 days. After 90 days, must apply for a Student Resident Card

    • With Part time Work Right up to 30 hrs per week, if taking Degree Programs (Bachelor, Master or PhD). Otherwise, you must apply for a Work Permit through your Employer

    • Must satisfy the Eligibility Criteria / Requirements for a Student Visa (e.g. LOA, Passport), Proof of Economic Means, Medical Insurance, Medical Certificate, Proof of Accommodation and Others)

  • Post Study Work Visas

    • Job Search Visa – Valid for one (1) year

    • Highly Skilled Professional Visa – Valid for 2 Years / Renewable up to 5 years. May include Spouse, Children and Dependent Parents, who are authorized to work full time​

    • Self Employed / Free Lancer Work Visa – Valid for 1 Year / Renewable

    • EU Blue Card - For those who studied higher degree education for at least 3 years or with 5 years high level work experience

  • PR and Citizenship Pathways

    • Long Term Residence Visa (Non-EU Nationals) – Must have stayed in Spain for uninterrupted period of 5 years. Time spend as Student may count for 50% of the residency requirement if the Student subsequently transitions to work or other residency permit

Faster Citizenship Pathway for Filipinos
  • Per Article 22 of the Spanish Civil Code, Citizens of the Philippines, being culturally related to Spain, are eligible to apply for Citizenship after 2 years (instead of the regular of 10 years) of uninterrupted legal residency in Spain.

  • Similarly, time spent as student may count for 50% after the student converted to residency permit

Schegen Visa - Spain & Other EU Countries
  • Schengen Visa – Covers 29 member countries (Schengen States)

    • Multiple or Single Entry Permit valid for 90 days in any 180 days period in any Schengen Area

    • If intending to visit more than 1 Schengen State, - Must lodge application in the Consulate of the country of your primary destination (i.e. main purpose of stay or longest stay)

J1 Visa (Exchange Program / Paid Internship)

  • Intern – For Post Secondary students or recent graduates of not more than 12 months. Valid for 1 to 7 years depending on the type of program

  • Trainee – For Post Secondary Students / Graduates with a Degree or Professional Certificate plus 1 year relevant experience or those who have 5 years relevant experience. Valid for 18 months

  • Work & Travel – For currently enrolled full time Post Secondary students. Valid for 4 months

  • J2 Visa – For Student’s Dependent Spouse/ Children below Age 21

“Study-Work-Migrate” Pathway Visas
  • Student Visa – With Part time Work Right up to 20 hrs per week during term and full time outside term and vacations

  • Post Study Work Visas (Graduate Route) – Valid up to 18 months

  • Potential PR Pathway – After 10 years

Visitor Visas / Validity
  • Standard Visitor Visas – Visit (6 months), Medical (11 months), Academics (12 months), 2, 5 or 10 Year

  • Long Term Standard Visitor Visa – 2,5 or 10 Years Validity (6 months per entry)

United Kingdom

Family Visas (Indefinite Leave / Settlement)
  • Partner Visas - For Spouse, Civil Partner or Proposed Civil Partner (Fiance/e) of a British Citizen or with Indefinite Leave (or Right of Abode) in UK
