Canada as a Global Education, Career and Migration Destination Under the Changing Immigration Landscape
Canada is transforming its immigration landscape aligning policies with its economic priorities and labor shortages. Consequently, they set caps on TRVs and reduced PR targets, and initiated a more selective and tightened immigration regulations. Notwithstanding this, Canada remains a top destination for global education, career advancement and migration as well as temporary visits as the reduced PR and TRV targets are still big numbers and the regulatory changes are deemed manageable compared to other countries. As per latest US News Report, Canada’s world rankings: Education #4, Starting a Career #6 and Live #4.
