KEYS TO A SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION
Navigating the visa application process can be a daunting task, filled with complexities and potential pitfalls /red flags
The first step towards a successful application in to KNOW YOUR ELIGIBILITY and the most suitable Visa /Immigration option that you best qualify and thus, gives you the best chances for success under the existing rules.
If you have previous refusal/s: Must determine the most appropriate legal remedy to overturn the rejection – Re-application with a Stronger Case or Appeal/Judicial Review
Do it right. Avoid “Red Flags” as well as “Hit or Miss” or “Copied” application (as there is no “One Size – Fits All” Visa), which usually leads to a refusal.
